The Nike SB Stefan Janoski Wino/Blood Splatter is an off-white canvas textured sneaker that is over-layed with red marks similar to blood/wine stains. This pair was originally released last october 2011 but was rereleased earlier this year but with insoles labeled as "zoom" and not as "Nike SB". (The photos above are the photos I took with my pair.)
